COVID-19 Information

Vienna Endodontics Office Protocols due to COVID-19 virus for the protection of our patients, doctors and staff:

We have implemented the following protocols for the safety of our patients, doctors and staff.

Prior to your appointment, all patients will be screened. If you have any symptoms including, but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, your appointment will be postponed and you may be directed to urgent care for further evaluation and testing. We will be adjusting appointment times and lengths in order to minimize any patient interaction.

1. Patients, staff, doctors, visitors and venders will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire on COVID-19 symptoms and exposure prior to entering the office.
2. All patients will be asked to wear their mask while in the the office and to wash hands with soap and water upon entering the office.
3. All magazines and amenities have been removed from the waiting room to decrease contact points.
4. Prior to any examination or x-rays:
   1. Temperature will be taken with forehead scanner
   2. You will be asked to rinse with an oral mouth rinse for 30 seconds.
5. All treatment rooms are equipped with medical grade Hepa-13 high volume air filtration.
6. Any patient with temperature above 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit will be required to reschedule their appointment.
7. Please come to your appointment alone. If you medically require assistance you are permitted only one guardian/aide to accompany you. Additional guests will be required to wait outside the office until the appointment is complete.
8. Implement “social distancing” as much as possible (no hand shaking, keep 6 feet distance from anyone if at all possible) Plexiglass barriers at the front desk are present for check-out.
9. Please inform the office immediately if you develop any symptoms within 2 weeks following your appointment.

We have always been and continue to be committed to keeping our office impeccably clean and sanitized and follow the stringent safety and infection control protocols as dictated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We know that some of these changes may be inconvenient for you, but they are for the protection of each patient. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.
